FAQs
Does Berceau Pediatrics offer after-hours care?
Our schedule availability is determined by our physicians. While exact availability will vary, we typically offer early morning, late evening, and weekend hours.
What services does Berceau Pediatrics offer?
We offer virtual consultations for pediatric primary and specialty care. This includes well visits to track developmental milestones, and clinical guidance on issues such as feeding and nutrition device, sleep problems, injury management, behavioral issues, speech delays, and surgery. Our doctors often help parents navigate decisions to proceed with surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, ear tube surgeries, appendectomies, and hernia repairs, as well as evaluate treatment options for ADHD.
What insurance plans does Berceau Pediatrics accept?
Berceau Pediatrics does not accept insurance and is not intended to replace the in-person preventive care visits that would be covered by insurance. However, we offer many affordable virtual consults on our platform at rates comparable to a patients’ out-of-pocket cost and at a fraction of the cost of an out-of-network specialist consult in the US.
Does Berceau Pediatrics charge membership or concierge fees?
No, Berceau Pediatrics does not charge any membership or concierge fees. We believe in making high-quality pediatric care accessible and straight-forward for all families. You will never be charged more than the price agreed to at time of booking.
